I chose Notepad++ as my text editor. I downloaded it here. Based on what I have read and the comments on the discussion page, Notepad++ seems to be my best option. I also took into account my computer, operating system, and my current skills in choosing Notepad++.
I found Notepad++ a very simple program to use and operate. It has a basic layout and is easy to understand. I am quickly learning the different tools available on this program, and am satisfied that I chose it. It will be a valuable tool to have in my arsenal while I am learning HTML and webmaking.
